In the simplest terms, Zephr is improving the quality of location for users so that when they do give permission for its use, they get the best possible location experience.

Google User Data and "Sign in with Google"

If you sign in with Google, Zephr receives your basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture, and account ID) and uses it solely to create and manage your Zephr account. We request no other Google data, never use it for advertising or AI/ML training, and never sell or share it with third parties. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Working with Platform Policies

Our privacy strategy rides on top of the existing policies from Google and Apple. Therefore, any permissions set in an app in Google or Apple will also be reflected in Zephr. The user ultimately controls which apps get access to their location data through these existing permission access controls.
